Where we ship

Our watering controllers are in stock. We ship to addresses across the United States. Contact us to confirm service to your delivery address.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on all US orders. No minimum purchase. Shipping is $0.00 for every order within our US delivery area. Applicable sales tax, if any, is separate from shipping and must be shown before payment.

Dispatch and tracking

Orders ship within 30 days of payment. Transit time depends on the carrier; tracking is provided after shipment. The shipping timeframe is the time before dispatch, not an arrival date. Carrier transit time is additional.

Ordering status

Online checkout is not currently available. Sending a product inquiry does not place an order or reserve stock.

Address changes

If an address needs to change, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee a change after the order has entered fulfillment or been transferred to the carrier.

Damage or loss

If an order arrives damaged, is missing an item, or appears lost in transit, email us promptly with the order number and supporting photos when available. We will review the shipment and work toward an appropriate resolution.
